Avocado Oil
Excellent for High Heat cooking, this oil has one of the highest smoke points at 250°C.
Avocado Oil has a smooth buttery flavor that will enhance recipes rather than overpower them. It's a great base for salad dressings and dips, and ideal for sautéing, basting and stir frying.
Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Avocado Oil is rich in Chlorophylls that act as an antioxidant, and are also correlated to reduced risk of cancer. This oil has the Carotenoid Lutein, linked in reducing the incidences of age-related macular degeneration and prostate cancer. It is an excellent source of Vitamin E, correlated with reduced incidences of cardiovascular disease.
It contains no trans fat, no sodium, and no cholesterol, and is high in Heart Healthy Monounsaturated and Polyunsaturated fats.
Because of its many healthy features, Olivado Avocado Oil meets the Heart & Stroke Foundation Health Check Criteria. It has 10 times more Chlorophyll than Olive Oil, and twice as much Beta-Sitosterol than Olive Oil, which reduces Cholestrol absorption in the body.
