The Avocado Zest is delicious. It has a fresh, lemon taste.  I drizzle it on my salads. I recommend it to anyone who wants a high quality oil with a hint of citrus for salads and fish.

NIRF's international research study on the nutritional composition of over 100 various vegetable oil samples, found Olivado's Extra Virgin Organic and non-organic Avocado oil has Coenzyme Q10 levels of 85-123 mg/L which make it one of the richest natural CoQ10 food sources. Other avocado oils in the study contained only a maximum of 22 mg CoQ10/L.
