Yummy Chocolate Fudge
This fudge recipe has become a favorite for many for it's smooth texture and rich chocolate taste. You won't find it on a weight watchers recommended food list but for the moments we must indulge, this fudge will not disappoint you.
2 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips
1 300ml can of sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon of Vanilla
1 teaspoon of orange extract
A pinch of salt
1/4 cup of Olivado Macadamia nut oil
Combine above ingredients in pot over medium heat. Stir constantly as ingredients melt.Once mixture is creamy and smooth quickly remove and pour into lined 8x8 inch cake pan.Place in refrigerator for 2 hours until completely cooled. Remove foil lining and cut in to small bite size squares! Warning: it is hard to eat just one bite!
