The Avocado Zest is delicious. It has a fresh, lemon taste.  I drizzle it on my salads. I recommend it to anyone who wants a high quality oil with a hint of citrus for salads and fish.

Warm Chickpea Salad

Ingredients

At a glance
Salad

1 can of chickpeas wash & drain
2 tbsp Olivado oil
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
2 tbsp onion chopped
1 tbsp curry leaves
1 to 2 tbsp coconut pieces
2 red chilies whole
1/4 tsp chili flakes optional
1/2 tsp salt

Methods/steps

Drain the water from the chickpeas. Heat oil add mustard seeds then add onion, curry leaves, coconut pieces, red chili whole and flakes if using, salt then add chickpeas. Stir fry for a few minutes and serve warm.
