Citrusy Mirin Glazed Salmon
Ingredients
4 - 6 oz pieces of fresh salmon
Marinade:
1 clementine, zested and juiced
1/8 cup mirin
1/8 cup soy sauce
1 tsp Organic Avocado Oil
1 Tbsp maple syrup
Methods/steps
Marinade salmon in marinade for at least 10 minutes.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium high heat. Once the pan is hot, remove salmon pieces from the marinade and cook for 3 minutes per side. If you are not on a sodium reduced diet, you can add the rest of the marinade to the pan for the last minute of cooking.
